We submit the signed documents to the Latvian Companies Registration Office (Uzņēmumu reģistrs) and pay the required fees;

Registration with Latvian tax authority as foreign company or/and employer or/and VAT payer.

We prepare the necessary forms; all that’s left for you is to sign them with a qualified electronic signature.

You will need to provide several company-related documents, along with their translation into Latvian.
